Dan Joseph leads ten steel-stringed acoustic guitars in a new 45-minute work. Joseph weaves layers of interlocking rhythms to a mass sound, set against the ambience of Newtown Creek.

The event is entirely outdoors. All performers are required to be vaccinated; listeners are strongly encouraged to wear masks.

The Newtown Creek Nature walk is located near the ends of Paidge Avenue and Provost Streets at the northeast tip of Greenpoint, Brooklyn. 7 to Hunter’s Point Avenue and walk over the Pulaski, G to Greenpoint Avenue, B32/B67 to the foot of the Pulaski Bridge. Parking is available near the entrance to the Walk.

Concert is free an open to the public. RSVP requested but not required.
